Back from a farewell lunch Friday afternoon...
This time we make it at KFC...
Felt like there were really lots of farewell gathering recently...
There will be another on Friday...
People are leaving faster than the rate the group is hiring new people...
The turnover rate is really so so high...
Why these are happening?
Is this a signal showing that there are lots of great oppurtinity outside?
Is this a signal showing that other place are able to give a better offer?
Or even better envirnoment?
Feel like kinda sad when seeing people leaving...
People joined & leave...
But me, having been here for almost 4 year...
Still remind static...
Didn't have the courage to take a single step...
When I will be able to throw away the risk averse name tag & transform into a adventurer?
